Session flow guide
A one-page poster showing the five stages of a Thinking Differently session: Listen, Reflect, Structure, Respond, Connect. Useful as a wall reference during a session, or as a planning aid when you are designing your own.
Island Map working sheet
The Island Map is the visual companion to the session flow. It gives the group a shared landscape to work across, moving from Listen through to Connect. Print at A3 or larger if you can.

Two simple capture sheets for use alongside any session. The Parking Lot holds ideas that sit outside the current stage. The Risks sheet captures concerns and blockers so they stay visible without disrupting the flow.
